Choose a 1st Class
Beginner classes are for everyone and your mom! Seriously, bring her. Whether its Yoga, Mobility, or LIIT (low-impact-interval-training), we have a class for you to get started. Don’t worry if you’re super new, all these classes cover the basics of exercise and you’ll learn a lot, and sweat a bit too!
Intermediate classes are for someone looking to step up their beginner-fitness game, or maybe you’re just getting back into the groove after a fitness hiatus. Maybe you took the summer off, or had a setback… not to worry, we’ve got you covered. It helps to enter these classes knowing the basic moves… squats, planks, pushups etc. Don’t worry, we still provide modifications to get you where you need to be. Intermediate classes are Circuit Training, LIIT, and HIIT/SS
Ok, you know what you’re doing, and you’re not afraid to jump for the moon (Seriously we might ask you to!) You’ve put in the time, and now you’re ready to rock it and get a serious sweat on. Be ready for heavy weights, high-intensity moves and a rapid heart rate. Advanced classes are HIIT, Kettlebells, and Circuit Training.
