Why/how did you get started:

Before this I was a firefighter/Paramedic and wanted to help people be healthy and avoid a 911 call and decided to me proactive in helping other people’s health.

Favorite activities:

hiking, soccer, weight training, boxing/kickboxing

Most embarrassing training experience:

I was teaching a class and treadmills were involved. I stepped off the treadmill to explain an exercise and forgot the treadmill was still running and took a nice spill in front of the entire class when I attempted to get back on.

Able to make great connections with people and the stories of how your training has helped them
