Can I try for free before I join or purchase anything?

Yes, please create a profile for yourself under “register/login” and “buy 2 free classes” then you can sign up for any class you’d like to try!

I’ve never worked out before and I’m a little scared to just show up to any class, what are the best classes to start with?

All our instructors are certified and very helpful when it comes to scaling your workout for you. Don’t worry about the class, just grab your towel, show up and we’ll take care of the rest. If you have any injuries, make sure to let the trainer know in advance.

Where can I find an updated schedule?

We have our own app that helps with this! Go to your app store and search for “The Studio Ventura.” Once that’s downloaded, you can go ahead and login and sign into classes, see updates and be notified if classes are cancelled.

How much is a drop in after the 2 free classes?

How much is a 10 class pass?

How much is a monthly unlimited membership?

$129. There is a 3 month contract that comes with it and after that it is month to month. You really won’t see changes until you commit to making them for at least 3 months.

How much is just 1 month unlimited classes, I can’t commit to 3 months?

Are there any discounts for new members?

Groupon is out currently or is an intro offer if you don’t use Groupon

What is the cancellation policy?

Personal training: must give 12 hour notice or you lose your session

For  group membership packages please email info@thestudioventura.com 7 days before your membership renews.

Do I have to sign up for classes online?

Yes, please sign up online and sign in when you come to class

What should I bring to my first class?

A towel, a water bottle and a big SMILE! A mat if you’d like to, but they are provided.

Is The Studio open 24 hours?

No, only for classes and private trainings.

Is the gym open for me to workout on my own?

No, not at this time.

Do you have childcare?

Sorry, not at this time!

How much are personal training sessions?

First 30 minute consult is free! After that it depends on the trainer. Check out our pricing page.

Are there discounts for bundling personal training and group training?

Yes and usually they are planned with and by your trainer. Depending on how many trainings you want to do and how many classes you want to attend weekly, we’re open to creating custom packages. We want to get you in the best shape possible, it’s just what you’re willing to commit to physically (and mentally) and what makes sense financially.

Are there discounts for buying a number of personal training sessions up front?

Yes. The rate per hour goes down depending on how many you purchase.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, just send an email to info@thestudioworkout.com. Please give us at least 7 days to process.

Is there a place to put my personal belongings when I’m at the Studio?

Yes, we have little cubbies.

Do you have showers?

Unfortunately no. Sorry!

Is there a “lost and found”?

Yes, right next to the black cubbies.

Do you sell apparel?

Yes, usually T-shirts and tanks and sweatshirts too!

What are the hours of operation?

Usually 5 or 6 am until about 7 am every weekday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we are open for lunchtime yoga and evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm. On Saturdays we are open from 8:30-10:30 and Sundays are dependent on scheduling and holidays. We announce when we have a special Sunday class ahead of time so you can come!

Where should I park?

Please park on the street, in front of The Studio or to the right of the divider.

Do you have Wifi?

Nope, our studio is in a black hole. Go figure.

Can I bring my phone into class?

Please don’t, but if you want to take pictures, please tag us!

Do you have lunchtime classes?

Currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays we are open from 12:15-1 pm for a quick 45 min yoga session. Depending on demand, we may add more down the line.

Do you have classes at 8 and 9 am?

Not at this time, but if you’re interested, please email us at info@thestudioworkout.com

When would a class be cancelled?

When only one person shows up. Womp womp womp! But this does not apply to 5 and 6 am classes. If one person comes, we have class!

Do I have to do anything when I come in for the first time?

Yes, please fill out a waiver and a profile on our app. You can skip the profile by creating one on your own computer by clicking on “login|register” at the top right hand corner of this page.

Do you have water and mats for me to use?

Yep!

Do I need to have any experience?

No, we’ll take care of you. We always have modifications and we’ll always try our best to find something that’s comfortable and doable for you, no matter what level you are.

How old do I need to be to join?

11 yrs and up!

What forms of payment do you accept?

All credit cards, cash and check

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and tennis/training shoes so you can move efficiently and easily.

Can I bring my pets?

Please don’t, we love doggies, but if everyone brought their pups, we’d have at least one fight. Let’s all go to the dog park together after our workout instead?

Can I bring food?

Yes of course, we have a fridge if you need to store it and a microwave if you need to heat it up.

Can my child hang out while I work out? They will just be reading their book in the corner.

Unfortunately we cannot allow this for anyone. Not only are we still responsible for anything that happens to them, it gives false hope to others who may also want to bring their kids and think they can’t. Please help us out by not bringing your kids in, even though we think they are awesome!

When would a class be cancelled?

Never at 6 am! And when there is one person who showed up, we will still have a 30 min class in the evenings.
